By enrolling in or participating in the Program, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1.1 “Affiliate” means any individual or entity approved to participate in the Program.
1.2 “Affiliate Link” means a unique tracking URL assigned to the Affiliate.
1.3 “Commission” means the remuneration earned by the Affiliate for Qualifying Sales.
1.4 “Qualifying Sale” means a completed purchase made through an Affiliate Link, not subject to refund, chargeback, or fraud.
1.5 “Cookie Duration” means the tracking period of ninety (90) days from the first click on the Affiliate Link.
2.1 Participation in the Program is subject to application and approval by the Program Operator.
2.2 We reserve the sole and absolute right to approve or reject any application for any reason without obligation to disclose justification.
2.3 Upon approval, the Affiliate will receive access to an affiliate dashboard and Affiliate Links.
3.1 Affiliate performance is tracked via cookies and unique Affiliate Links.
3.2 The Cookie Duration is set to ninety (90) days.
3.3 Any Qualifying Sale occurring within the Cookie Duration after a valid click shall be attributed to the Affiliate.
3.4 Attribution is determined solely by the tracking system maintained by the Program Operator, which shall be final and binding.
4.1 Affiliates shall earn a Commission of thirty-five percent (35%) per Qualifying Sale.
4.2 Commissions are calculated based on net revenue received, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payment processing fees where applicable.
4.3 We reserve the right to modify Commission rates at any time upon prior notice.
5.1 Commissions shall be payable according to the payout schedule defined in the affiliate dashboard or Program documentation.
5.2 A minimum payout threshold may apply.
5.3 Payments are made only for verified and non-reversed transactions.
5.4 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of this Agreement.
6.1 The Affiliate agrees to promote the Program in a lawful, ethical, and non-deceptive manner.
6.2 The Affiliate shall be solely responsible for all marketing activities conducted under its name.
The Affiliate shall NOT:
7.1 Engage in spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or misleading communications.
7.2 Use false, deceptive, or misleading advertising practices.
7.3 Use trademark bidding, brand impersonation, or deceptive paid advertising.
7.4 Manipulate tracking systems, cookies, or referral mechanisms.
7.5 Promote the Program on illegal, offensive, or inappropriate websites or platforms.
7.6 Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Any violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
8.1 All intellectual property, including but not limited to branding, images, and promotional materials, remains the exclusive property of the Program Operator.
8.2 Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use provided materials solely for Program promotion.
9.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
9.2 Upon termination, the Affiliate shall immediately cease use of all Affiliate Links and Program materials.
9.3 We reserve the right to withhold unpaid commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of this Agreement.
10.1 The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
10.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
10.3 The Affiliate participates at their own risk.
11.1 We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace this Agreement at any time.
11.2 Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
12.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Program.
12.2 If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By participating in the Affiliate Program, You expressly acknowledge and agree to all terms contained herein.
